Event

Aeternum Bass Music · 20N, 20/11/2026, 01:00–07:00, Sala M100, Av. de Chinales 18, 14007 Córdoba, Spain. Over-18 event; a physical ID card or passport is required at the door.

Purchase

Purchases are made on aeternummusic.es with a contact email and one ticket per attendee. Free invitations are limited to two per buyer and event. Each confirmed paid purchase grants one additional free invitation; paid tickets do not consume the free allowance. If the paid order is refunded or cancelled, the unused additional invitation is withdrawn and new invitations above the allowance are blocked. Email verification is only required for free orders without a paid add-on. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. The place is held for 10 minutes; if payment is not confirmed, it is released.

Prices

Final prices include taxes:

Invitation: free, no drink or wristband, entry before 02:00; 50 real places, 100 advertised.

Special Invitation: €4, beer or soft drink and re-entry wristband, entry before 02:00; 50 real places, 100 advertised.

Advance ticket: €5, beer or soft drink, no access time limit, no wristband; 550 places.

Box office: €8, beer or soft drink, subject to availability; 50 reserved places, not sold online.

Re-entry wristband: €2, add-on for a ticket that does not include one.

Bundles: those published in the catalogue (€2–30), with no entry or place; linked to a ticket and paid in the same checkout.

The organiser may change prices for future purchases; the price shown before confirmation applies.

Payment

Card payment through SumUp. We do not store card data. The order is confirmed when SumUp reports the payment as completed; the webhook only triggers verification.

Delivery

The buyer receives an email with a PDF and one QR per ticket; they can also view them in My account using the order email, the full name on their ID and the order answers (number of tickets and extras). The email is not used to send access links. Paid orders do not verify the email: the buyer is responsible for entering it correctly. If the email is lost, tickets can be viewed with the access form or by contacting the organiser. The QR is personal and non-transferable unless a holder change is authorised.

Entry and re-entry

One QR = one entry. A physical ID card or passport is mandatory and attendees must be over 18. Invitation and Special Invitation allow entry before 02:00; Advance tickets have no access time limit; box office subject to availability. The organiser may refuse entry for security, non-payment or fraud.

Without a wristband you can use the venue terrace and return to the dancefloor as long as you do not leave the venue. If you leave the venue, you cannot re-enter unless you pay the standard ticket price at the box office. The re-entry wristband costs €2, must be bought before leaving and is linked to the ticket; it allows you to leave the venue and come back. Special Invitation includes it; Advance does not.

Late entry

Free Invitation after 02:00: €5 difference; includes beer or soft drink, no wristband.

Special Invitation after 02:00: €1 difference; keeps the drink and loses the wristband, which costs €2 separately.

Charged at the box office or door only.

Bundles

They are not tickets, grant no entry and do not occupy a place. They are linked to a purchased ticket and paid in the same checkout. They are redeemed at the box office for drink tokens and wristbands. Valid on the event night; not refundable after redemption.

If a bundle is linked to a Special Invitation, €2 is discounted and one wristband is removed because the ticket already includes it.

Holder change

One change per ticket, before entry, through My account. The change costs €0.50, paid online; it is not executed until payment is confirmed. The previous QR is revoked and a new one is issued. If the request is rejected before payment, nothing is charged. If payment is confirmed but the QR cannot be reissued, the fee is refunded.

Service fee

Every online purchase includes a 10% service fee on the amount of tickets and bundles. It is calculated and shown before payment confirmation as a separate line and added to the total. The buyer pays it in addition to the price set by the organiser. It does not apply to free orders.

If the event is cancelled or substantially changed, the refund includes the service fee paid.

Withdrawal and refunds

Voluntary withdrawal or refunds are not accepted for dated events under art. 103.l of the Spanish consumer law, unless the law provides otherwise. If the event is cancelled or substantially changed, the total amount paid, including the service fee, for tickets and unredeemed bundles is refunded.

Issues (duplicate, purchase error, non-payment) are handled at galianisalud@gmail.com with the order reference. The refund period is [PENDING: period] and the same payment method is used. Redeemed bundles are not refundable.

Event changes and liability

The organiser may change the schedule, lineup or room for justified reasons. If the change is substantial, the buyer may request a refund. Force majeure will be handled as required by law.

Consumer legal rights are not excluded. The organiser is not liable for lost items or third-party conduct; it may adopt security measures.
