We process email, buyer and attendee names, optional attendee email, order, tickets, payment status (no card data), QR and access records, consents, attribution/UTM and technical logs.

Managing the purchase, payment, issuance and delivery: contract. Verifying email and preventing fraud: legitimate interest and security. Door access and control: contract and legitimate interest. Tax and consumer obligations: legal obligation. Marketing: consent only, confirmed by email (double opt-in), until unsubscribe.

Recipients and retention

Recipients: SumUp (payment), Brevo (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot), [PENDING: hosting provider] and authorities where required. Data is not sold.

Rights

We apply technical and organisational measures, restricted access and do not store card data.

The site uses only necessary technical cookies: buyer and staff session, language preference and Cloudflare Turnstile. There is no analytics or marketing by default. If added, consent will be requested and this policy updated.
